Terms of Service & Refund Policy

The service

EveryPort sells prepaid eSIM data plans provisioned through licensed international carrier partners. Plans are for data only; they do not include a phone number, calls or SMS. Coverage is at ports and on land in the listed countries — eSIM data does not work while a ship is at sea.

Refunds — the simple version

We refund 100% of your purchase, no forms and no arguing, if any of these happen:

  • Your phone doesn't support eSIM or turns out to be carrier-locked.
  • You couldn't connect at a port listed as covered on your itinerary page.
  • You cancel before installing the eSIM.

To request a refund, reply to your order email within 30 days of purchase.

Your responsibilities

Check that your phone is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before your trip (we list how on the FAQ). Keep your main line's data roaming off — we are not responsible for charges your own carrier bills you.

Validity & usage

Plans are valid for the listed number of days from first network connection, or 180 days from purchase if never activated. Data speeds depend on local partner networks and may be reduced at congested ports. Hotspot/tethering is allowed.

Everything else

EveryPort is not affiliated with any cruise line. Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Questions: reply to any order email.
