How it works

1

Buy before you sail

Get your QR code by email in minutes. Scan it on home WiFi — takes 2 minutes, no app needed.

2

Sail with it off

The clock doesn't start until you activate. At sea, use ship WiFi like everyone else.

3

Turn it on at port

Walk off the ship, flip the eSIM on, and your maps, messages and Instagram just work. Main number keeps working for calls.

Questions cruisers actually ask

Does it work while the ship is at sea?

No — and anyone who tells you their eSIM does is selling you satellite data at satellite prices. At sea, ship WiFi is the only real option. EveryPort is built for port days, where 90% of your trip's photos, maps and "meet me at the pool bar" messages happen.

Will my phone support it?

Any iPhone XS or newer and most Android phones from the last 5 years support eSIM. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked. We refund in full if your phone turns out not to support it.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. The eSIM is a second line for data only. Your number stays active for calls and texts (leave its data roaming off so it can't bill you).

When should I install it?

At home, on WiFi, before you leave. Installation doesn't start the clock — the validity period begins when you first connect at a port.

What if it doesn't work at my port?

Check your itinerary in the picker above — if a port's listed, it's covered. If you ever can't connect at a listed port, we refund you 100%. No forms, just reply to your order email.

Can I share data with my family?

Yes — turn on your phone's hotspot at port and the whole cabin can use it. One pack often covers a couple's port-day needs.
